From flower markets to old world cafes to stunning architecture, Vienna was inspiration overload. But, my biggest moment of inspiration here actually came from a conversation I had with an Uber driver.
The evolution of a landscape caused by melting glaciers is something everyone should experience before they die.

As you enter the main gates, you immediately begin to understand why “city” was included in its name.
One of my favorite escapes has always been Yosemite. Something about that place is magical to me.
I have been trying to recall for a while now, so I hope I am getting this right, but I think this was my first ever solo stay in a foreign country. Since this little hotel, I have flown solo quite a lot, but if my memory is serving my correctly, this was my very first little stay over seas alone.
As a little girl, I grew up hearing stories about Vienna from my grandmother. From long afternoons spent at old world cafes to late nights at the Austrian Opera House, she still says this city was her favorite place she ever visited. Walking these streets, I could see why she fell so madly in love.
As I stood in this little corner, looking out the window onto the street, making a cup of coffee, I thought back to the entire reason I had chosen this region of the world to visit alone…

Amsterdam's neighborhoods, in particular, the 9 Streets, are filled with great shopping finds.
Words can not describe how many emotions flooded through me as I heard that simple word: "HELLO..."
Amsterdam is a city that felt familiar even in the first few moments of visiting. Here are a few things to do with 24 hours in the city.
Once landing in Schipol International, catch the direct railway to the Amsterdam Central Station. It is the fastest and most convenient way to enter into the city centre. Once in the city, the preferred mode of transit is to simple walk. Many major sites are in and around the city centre. Attractions further away are easily accessible by public transport. Make sure to buy a metro card before exiting the Central Station. You will need euros.
If your time in Amsterdam is short, for instance, an afternoon layover. With the metro being above ground, I highly recommend taking this form of transit, especially if your time in Amsterdam is limited. Just riding around the city for an hour will give you a great feel for the neighborhoods. Here are a few photos taken from riding around on the metro:
It is here, on the beaches of Sólheimasandur, that the pilot successfully landed the plane with everyone on board surviving without a scratch.
One of the fastest growing cities in Europe, Oslo is booming and has the modern architecture to prove it.
Words cannot describe every thing I felt the moment I set eyes on the Eiffel Tower. She was truly something.
London, London, London. This city resembles manhattan in its hustle and bustle, its old architecture, and its hipster pop-ups.
