Whenever we are on the go, my husband and I make our coffee in an aero press. It collapses to a size great for travel, and it is easy to use. So easy, in fact, that my niece, who was 3 at the time, could make coffee!

I didn't know too much about the Ice Cream museum, but naturally I was quite curious. Early on, I bought tickets for the museum when it came to LA.
I was in heaven. Cacti and succulents are plantastic. It was like walking in a desert version of Alice in Wonderland.
I highly suggest making a day out of visiting this lake. Shashta is absolutely beautiful with its crystal, turquoise waters and mountain, alpine landscape.
